In keeping with this theme, October’s meditation focus is that of Gratitude. In your meditations this month (or at any time), allow your mind to look upon events, past or present, that come to you and be grateful. Wrap the event in gratitude. Hold it there. And then gently let it go, replacing it with the next thought that comes to mind. Repeat as often as desired.
